Situated
in the North Aisle, the memorial chapel is in memory of those who
gave their lives in the two World Wars of 1914-18 and 1939-45. The
above photo is of the memorial in coloured marble on the north wall
of the chapel, which carries a figure of Saint George and a list of
the fallen. Across the top of the memorial is this inscription:
