St George's lectern may incorporate remnants of the chancel screen, dating from the Georgian period. The chancel roof is of coupled rafter construction, presumably contemporary with the walls, and showing traces of the Georgian plastering later removed. In the south wall of the chancel is a piscina, and in the north wall the blocked entrance to the rood stair.

The nave pews could be 16th century. The family pew in the nave, also the pulpit and sounding board, are probably 17th century, while the Communion rails were erected under the influence of Archbishop Laud (beheaded 1645) and were due to his efforts to "keep dogges out of the sanctuarie" and to recover seemliness in worship in an irreverent age.

The choir stalls came, it is said, from the neighbouring house. The organ, with one manual and 5 stops, is by Haslam of Winchcombe.
