Moseley
means a woodland clearing of a man called Moll.
In 1086 Moseley was known as Moleslei.
To
travel by road to Moseley, which is a suburb within the Birmingham
district, the most straightforward route is to use the M42, and
exit north at Junction 3 on to the A435, which leads directly to
Moseley. However, Moseley is situated within a network of major
Birmingham roads, and there are a number of other options, depending
from which direction you are driving.
