There
are several memorials outside the church of St Mary the Virgin. On
the south side is an 18th century sundial above a clerestory window,
and east of the porch are two memorials to parishionerswho became
Mayors of Oxford, one being Anthony Hall, who died in 1675, and the
other Amos John George, who died in 1928.
