There
are several graves for the Clinch family in St Mary the Virgin's churchyard,
and this stone has the following inscription -
Thy
will be done
This stone was erected in
affectionate remembrance of
Maria
wife of Thomas Clinch
(by her eldest daughter)
She died on the 12th July 1863
aged 72 years.
Dear children prepare to meet your God.
Also of Elizabeth, wife of
James Cook
daughter of the above
who died 26th August 1886.
